Corporate IT exposure through a Technical Support internship at the Egyptian Arab Land Bank (EALB). Endpoint troubleshooting, user support, and real-world enterprise environment experience. Intermediate proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory (AD), and IAM concepts — enabling me to trace system anomalies, analyze alerts, and understand corporate networks from the inside out.

Actively applying SOC training using industry-standard toolsets for SIEM correlation, packet analysis, and network traffic monitoring. A critical part of my workflow is translating raw telemetry and security alerts into actionable intelligence through structured technical reports and incident write-ups, ensuring clear communication of findings for rapid mitigation.
