Keyboard Shortcuts

Move faster through the toolbox without touching the mouse. These shortcuts work anywhere on the site.

Detecting platform… shortcuts use Ctrl on Windows/Linux and ⌘ on macOS.

Global — works on every page

`Ctrl`+`K`	Open quick search / command palette
`/`	Focus the search bar (when not in a text input)
`Escape`	Close modal, search, or return to tool list
`Ctrl`+`D`	Toggle dark / light theme

Navigation

Sequential shortcuts (G then H): press G, release, then press the second key within 1 second.

`/`	Focus tool search input
`Escape`	Clear search and return to category overview
`↑` `↓`	Navigate search results (when search is focused)
`Enter`	Open highlighted search result
`Ctrl`+`Enter`	Run / process tool (where applicable)
`Ctrl`+`Shift`+`C`	Copy tool output to clipboard
`Ctrl`+`Shift`+`X`	Clear / reset current tool
`1` – `9`	Select category by number (on category overview screen)

PWA — Install for offline use

`Chrome` `Edge`	Click the install icon (⊕) in the address bar, or open the browser menu → "Install SUDOSOC Toolbox"
`Safari (iOS)`	Tap Share → "Add to Home Screen" for offline PWA access
`Android`	Chrome menu → "Add to Home screen" or "Install app"

Once installed, the entire toolbox works offline — all 90+ tools, playbooks, glossary, and career roadmaps are cached.
